VisionPro Merlin XL

A large-format offline AOI solution that extends ASC International's industry-leading Merlin platform to handle oversized circuit boards up to 26″ × 22″.

Built for manufacturers requiring extended board capacity, the VisionPro Merlin XL uses image-modeling with algorithm-based analysis and an RGBW lighting scheme to detect missing or incorrect components, bridging, polarity errors, tombstoning, solderability issues, alignment problems, and lifted or bent leads. It inspects down to 01005 components with 10–15µm lateral resolution, plus OCR, real-time SPC charting, and custom reporting on Windows 10/11 Pro.
